Goori's and the Koori's to help them gain sustainable
Employment and find a diversity of Employment opportunities within their Communities taking
into account to give respect and look at developing long term relationships with the Mobs and the
Employers.
We will be able to create more employment opportunities along with any Training needed to assist them
with building their work skills up.
Marrung-pa will construct an understanding to Employers and Non indigenous clients about Indigenous
Cultural Awareness within their working environment.
Marrung-Pa is committed in supporting their clients with mentoring and monitoring before and after
employment has been gained.
